We can offer a service agreement that includes remote access, which shortens the lead time in case of problems. Expanded telephone support for two-shift systems and weekends is another example of what can be included. Service agreements also cover response time and hourly rates if on-site assistance is required. Contact us for further information on how to find the right agreement for you.
